The Filtered Warnings Service provides WARP members with the capability to receive security related Warnings and Advisories that are filtered, based upon an individuals area of interest. Security information from a number of information sources, are categorised against a "tick-list" of possible information subjects for relevance and urgency and disseminated by the WARP operator in a timely manner. A software package has been developed that allows WARP members to easily modify and maintain their list of selections, and WARP operators can easily categorise and distribute warnings and advisories.
Attention has been paid to ensuring that the user interface of the Filtered Warnings Application is very easy to use, both by the WARP member who has to complete and maintain their subscription profile, and by the WARP operator. The tick-lists are provided as a tree structure which enables the member to easily select a whole branch or individual items.
The application provides a default tick-list, complete with entries found to be useful during WARP trials. These categories can easily be modified to include any categories whatsoever, to reflect the needs of each WARP community.

FWA support and maintenance
Avius Experience offer an extensive support and maintenance contract to ensure every aspect of your FWA software deployment and ongoing use goes successfully. NB - Avius Experience is not exclusively endorsed by NISCC for providing support and maintenance, there may be other support and maintenance providers available.
Our pricing is a flat-rate £90 + VAT per month for public sector and £135 + VAT per month for private sector, paid quarterly in advance. Which we think you’ll find very competitive. Emergency onsite call out fee £150 + travel expenses. Hourly rate £80.
